Lynne Wilkinson

Award winning artist, Lynne Wilkinson obtained a BA Honours Degree in Painting and Printmaking and a PGCE in teaching. Her inspiration is drawn from local rolling hills, farms, animals and flowers, capturing the spirit of the subject with flamboyant and expressive use of colour and the tactile use of paint.

Her work stays fresh and honest with many elements often spilling from one painting style to another, whether painting an animal, portrait, landscape, flowers or a contemporary painting.

Based in Derbyshire, Lynne Wilkinson works directly on the canvas, she does not sketch out a plan, her pictures evolve in a similar way to arranging a pile of furniture in a room, ultimately everything has its place. She says she makes mistakes along the way, and make adjustments, but this is all part of the process of how she paints.

DELIVERY INSURANCE / GLASS DAMAGE

Full insurance is included in the postage and packing charge. No carrier will insure against damage to artwork so we provide this insurance ourselves. Unfortunately we are unable to insure against damage to glass in transit.

Glass will be removed from all overseas shipments. If your shipment is within the UK and you also wish for the glass to be removed from your purchase we will do this upon request. Please contact us by email quoting your order reference.
